Elegant touchscreen installations with Alarm.com control. The Alarm.com control system has a similar look and feel on smartphones, tablets and the website. Z-Wave Plus connectivity opens the system up for many automation devices and Alarm.com allows for rules to do event-based control.
Smartphone/Tablet/Website Integration with Alarm.com
A full-featured smartphone app that allows for complete system control, viewing of surveillance cameras, adjusting climate controls and selection of scenes for smartphones and tablets. The system is also accessible from the Alarm.com website using any compatible web browser.
Climate Controls
A great idea to not only save money on utility bills but to add convenience to your system is to add climate controls. Adjustments can be made manually or automatically based on the status of the security system, time of day, or outside temperature. Setbacks can be provided to set automatically when you leave for work and arm the system. Upon arriving home, the temperature setpoints can be restored when disarmed or anytime beforehand with the app. Vacation homes can be setback to save energy and adjusted to a comfortable level before you arrive.
Lighting Controls
Lighting controls are a great feature to have as well. Set your outside lighting to turn on and off automatically at night based on astronomical sunrise and sunset times for your location. Never have to adjust these ever again as the seasons change or daylight savings time is active. Set interior lights to automatically turn on with activation of a smoke or carbon monoxide zone illuminating the path safely out of the home. Turn lights on automatically with a breach of a perimeter security zone to deter any further entry of a stranger into your home.

This door was configured with a pneumatic door operator and setup to open/close with a wireless keyfob.

Central Station Monitoring
Our central station monitoring service is provided by Stanley Security (formally SentryNet). They are a UL listed monitoring company based in Memphis, TN and Pensacola, FL. Alarm.com relays all alarms to Stanley Security via a highly secure IP connection. Most alarms are relayed in just a few seconds so dispatching can occur very quickly. We offer very competitive monthly monitoring rates and frequently without a contract.
